All Pints North (2017), Legal Panel
Aug. 11, 2017This year the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild hosted the sixth annual All Pints North Summer Brew Fest in Duluth. This event celebrates breweries and brew pubs in Minnesota, with a few national craft brands being welcomed as well. As you can imagine, the brewery owners had some questions about the legal aspects of their businesses. Luckily, Elliot Ginsburg was there to help out.
Elliot was part of a four-lawyer legal panel at the event. As part of the panel, he provided guidance to a room full of brewery owners and employees from Wisconsin and Minnesota on questions about everything from distribution, to regulatory problems breweries face, to employment issues. We were thrilled to be a part of All Pints North and to taste a number of our clients’ beers during the beer festival portion of the event.
