Midwest Craft Brewers Conference, Speaker: Financing, Trademarks, and Regulations for Breweries

At the conference, brewery owners have the opportunity to learn from one another as well as from speakers and panelists throughout the event.
While attending to speak on the legal panel, Elliot Ginsburg also attended the regulatory session that was run by the Minnesota Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division. During that session, he and state regulators discussed how the state interprets and enforces various regulations, as well as novel issues that have been coming up as the industry grows in Minnesota.
